The location is great with everything nearby. It was very easy to check in and out. The apartment is clean. There's even a laundry room (for free, but bring your own detergent). We didn't meet any staff, so I would not be able to comment on that. Comfy room size, small bathroom but totally fine. Just be mindful of the stairs, as it's in an old European boulding they are very narrow and steep.

Very very centrally located. There is bar downstairs, friday, saturday could be slightly loud but it doesn’t bother me personally much. Shops and restaurants and cafe are all right there. The apartment has everything you could need. Very much recommend.

The location was wonderful, 30 seconds from a pedestrian street full of bars, cafes, takeout joints and a grocery store. Easy walk to the main train station. There was a clothes washing machine which was much appreciated. Apartment small, but cosy and comfortable.

Accessibility. It’s nearby bars, restaurants, stores and stations. It’s walking distance from Sihlquai station for those travelers like us who travels through flixbus. I also liked about the clarity of the instructions on how to get in your booked room. The washroom and beds are clean too.

Perfect location for my needs and a very good price. The apartment did not look anything like the photo and was quite small, but it completely served my needs as a single traveler. Two people would not really have worked given the size of the bed and the room. It is situated in a 13th century building so the stairs are understandably steep and the ceilings low. Still it had everything I needed and a very good bathroom and small working and dining nook. My room faced the back of the building and was quiet. I would worry about front facing bedrooms as the front street has some lively terraces on the street. Since there is no AC, one would need to sleep with open windows and that would be loud in the evenings.
