Large comfortable bed + sofa bed, polite and attentive host, lovely shower, great soundproofing, only 10 min tram to the station. Booked last minute past midnight and it was still ready by check in. Couldn’t have been better, really good quality for price.

If You have any question please call Me or writte by WhatsApp. My Name is Aniko, I am your Host!🤗 By cheque in please fill out the chequin Formular and sign it, send me a copy of it and the original copy let it on the table, we have to collect it🙏 We had many demages caused by Guests,that's why We had to introduce collecting demage deposit 200 CHF by cheque in, and you get it back when by cheque out or you can send your credit card copy as deposit 💵. Please keep clean the appartment if You do not respect our property and make very dirty we charge Additional fee: 100 CHF for cleaning. Please use this Appartment as if it were your own. Thank you. Dogs 🐕 are allowed : Additional Cost 30 CHF/ day. Please note if you book alone and have more Guests, each person is 70 CHF extra, You have to send it via twint or banktransfer in advance. Please note that we do not have any Reception, so for the key handover you have to ask in advance. Albisrieder Platz 1 min by Walk. Where you can take tram Nr 2 or Nr 3 to the City .There are all beautiful Shops, Shopping Center (Jelmoli, Globus) Restaurants, Bars, Clubs etc. 1 min walk is a Migros, Coop, Aldi, Post Office, Caffes, Banks, ATMs and Letzigrund Stadium. -5 th floor you find our Terrace, wich is common use (where You can smoke)in the Studio it’s not allowed, if you do have to pay a penalty of 100 CHF -2 nd floor You can find the Laundary ( ask in advance for the key) -4 th floor our privat parking place ( Nr : 144, Ask in advance for parking card. Additional Cost: 35CHF/day. From there You have direkt access to the elevator, which takes You the Appartment -Container for your garbage You find at the corner Nora str/ Badener str, when You leave, please throw out your trash in it. Do not forget! We are in the same building with Hotel Crown Plaza, where You can use the Gym, Sauna Swimmingpool , Additional Cost: 35 CHF/day.
There is a good Restaurant just downstairs with a beautiful Garden Terrace to take a caffee. But the Best Caffeshop in Zürich is Sprüngli by Parade Platz. You should try it! Or the Roof Terrace in Hotel Storchen also very nice. You can find more towels in the drawer but please consider: 2 of them is included in dayly price but each more cost 10 CHF/ piece. Wifi Code You find next to the tv on the box. Please when You leave give a feedback what time you leaving and leave the key in the same key box, where you got it. You can find many good Restaurants, Bars, just downstairs ,but Albisrieden Platz is 1 minute walk,where You find Cafes,Restaurants, Bank, Post, Coop and Migros, Coop. Letzigrund Stadium just at the corner, there are many Konzerts, Football match,Sport events The apartment is located not far from the City Center, You can easily take the tram number 2 or 3, We are next to the Stadium if You are planning to come for a concert or a football match.
