    Good Central location, expensive for Urumqi but in global terms for a hotel of this quality cheap. Nice big rooms with good bathroom facilities, beautiful views over city. Majority of staff in customer facing roles spoke moderate english. Early Check in and out was allowed at no extra cost. Wide variety of western food options at buffet which was very welcome after 18 days in rural Xinjang

    The hotel staff were so helpful. I don't speak mandarin, but they made the experience at the hotel so easy with translation and even taking me to a local restaurant which was incredible. The only negative, there is a constant strong smell of cigarette smoke through the ac system and being a non smoker i found this awful.

    The staff were nice, the room was really nice more like a hotel than a hostel, there were common spaces for hanging out, a treadmill, and it was an easy location to get to from the train station. We just walked 30 minutes from the train station and then to the airport was a short drive.
