Loved this property and the cute little village of Tochi. I came solo, and without a car and stayed 3 nights. Wish I could have stayed a week but they were sold out. It exceeded my expectations. The villas were perfect and the property was gorgeous and the private pools were a wonderful bonus. The food at the restaurant was so delicious and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was also able to do yoga twice and the classes taught by Diana were amazing!

    Small but very clean and beautiful village.

    Small but very clean and beautiful village. Pleasant to walk about. Great restaurant, Retro, good quality, fair prices. Village square offers a nice cafe at very reasonable prices. Surrounded by other small villages and the beach is very near. Cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter because of its position between the mountains.

    I love the village of Kalavasos as it is a traditional...

    I love the village of Kalavasos as it is a traditional Cyrpus village that is not too touristy. Their are so many things you can do in the surrounding areas. Amazing villages to visit and local honey farms and architectural digging sites and ruins to visit. You would at least three days to appreciate everything available to you in and in the surrounds of this village.

    Great place to stay large rooms and a nice pool . very spacious and clean rooms . we really enjoyed the place and also a very small nice village with good restaurants to eat . the place is very quiet and very good place for a break to relax from the normal routine .

    Kalavasos is one of a small number of beautiful old villages...

    Kalavasos is one of a small number of beautiful old villages that lie between Larnaca and Limassol. It is only a few minutes from the main road but very quiet with an excellent local tavern, coffee shop and restaurant. There is a well stocked supermarket. In addition to the many apartments available to rent, the Library Hotel is excellent. Walks of various lengths can be taken from the hotel or by driving to nearby villages like Tochni or Choirokoitia. It is a short drive to the coast but be aware that there is a large, unsightly power complex between Governer's Beach and Zygi. So, for scenic seaside locations you need to drive further away.

    A gem, really beautiful spot. Great views, atmosphere, really lovely and friendly people, nice restaurants. And loads of cats 😍🐱 I could actually spend entire summer in this community. Highly recommended 👌

    The people of Kalavasos are all very friendly.

    The people of Kalavasos are all very friendly. We had a lovely experience with everyone we met. The village is traditional and offers 2 restaurants (dine in or take out), cafe and mini market all within walking distance. It was quiet, relaxing and the location was excellent for staying at the holiday apartment with everything we needed within walking distance, but it was also conveniently located close to the sea (10-15 min drive) and excellent fish restaurants. Overall it was a great experience and my family and I will definitely visit again.

    Quirkiness - the building is clearly very old, and the attempts to update it to modern hotel standards have been rather Heath Robinson (Google what that means, if need be). All the same the rooms we saw had retained their turn-of-century (probably last century) flavour. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff friendly. There was an excellent massage service. There are a few pleasant and inexpensive restaurants very close by. The village itself is picturesque and well-situated, near enough the beaches and other attractions on the south coast.

    I had a great stay here over 4 nights in early September. I was very comfortable in the little open plan apartment, which had a fully stocked kitchen and was very clean. I barely left the apartment, as I found it a great place to get some rest and relaxation. The town of Kalavasos itself was charming, quiet and easy to get around.
