Forget your worries in this serene space. Completely private and peaceful, yet just 30 minutes from Prague centre. Located on the edge of breathtaking Bohemian forrest with several lakes just 5 minute walk away. The national Quality of Life Index, rates the town, Říčany, as the best place to live in the country every year since 2018 (Prague is No.2). 2 important points we'd like to share with you: - We do not accept party groups, stag, hen or otherwise. - 4 friendly cats live in the garden (in case of any cat allergies. But we dont keep them in the house) To get a more accurate feel for the property, you can go to you tube and search ‘Ricany home’.
