EVERYTHING!!! This is an amazing place, the hosts are so cute family that smiles and want you to feel comfortable, so kind with many recommendations on the area. This place makes you feel like a royal family, design with a great taste, so clean and welcome. The breakfast was spectacular. The area is perfect, 3 minutes walk from a beautiful lake and nice coffee shop

This was the cheapest (and best) location for New Year's Eve around Prague. Having a car, we didn't mind the distance (ca. 30 min drive). The room was very clean and looked new, free parking and beautiful nature around attached to a horse range. In general, we liked the place a lot!

Well, if you want to sleep in an historical house, this is the place. It's spacious, it's clean, it's cozy, it's quiet, and it has great views, in front with the main square , and back the terrace with the green hills. But the most important thing about it is that it doesn't smell like an old house. no wet smell, no mold smell. Thank you, Thomas for everything.
