It has an elegance that fits with its history. It has been very tastefully refurbished. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It specialises in providing a location for business events and weddings, and understandably so because of its great location and grounds. I was told they host a wedding reception almost every weekend, which might be worth bearing in mind if you were looking for quiet place for an overnight stop.

Modern, spacious and tidy room that are in relatively good condition. Bed was comfortable. A lot of "bang for the buck" if you need a night in transit. There's a McDonald's and a gas station right beside the hotel.
