Exactly as advertised, spartan but clean room close to the harbor. City center is currently blocked by significant construction, so it is a little bit of a hassle to get there.

Bus and tram stops close by on Narva mnt (Tallinna Ülikool) street. 7 minutes walk (550m) from Port of Tallinn (Helsinki-Finland terminal). Various dining options around and grocery store (Selver) around the corner. Seaside promenade for walking, jogging just 5 minutes walking distance (400 m). Kadrioru park with Presidential Palace is just 16 minutes walk (1.2 km) away, 12 minutes with tram ride :)
