Great animation team and activities. Lovely, clean room. Reception very helpful. Very quick to act on any issues (child had toileted in the pool, pool closed for 24 hours to ensure it is clean for others). The hotel was fully booked, but it didn't feel like it was too busy. Could always get sunbeds, tables at mealtimes etc.

    GREAT VENUE, LOTS OF GOOD RESTAURANTS AND BARS. GREAT TO BE IN THE SPANISH QUARTER RATHER THAN THE TOURIST PART. CHINA TOWN CHINESE AND FETTUCCINI SPANISH/ITALIAN RESTAURANTS EXCELLENT. GOOD BARS AT LEGENDS FOR LIVE SPORT AND BLARNEY STONE FOR LATE NIGHT MUSIC.

    My overall grade is positive, we were located near the Playa...

    My overall grade is positive, we were located near the Playa Arena, where it was nice and quiet (which was important for us traveling with kids). It is a small town where the greatest attraction is a view over Gigantes cliffs and walking by the seaside (sunset is great when it is not cloudy). There are also various possibilities for boat excursions from the harbor at north part of the town. There are several beaches in the town, all have black sand, in my opinion playa Arena is the best, in April when we visited it, water was very cold. It was not overcrowded when we were there and it was possible to find parking on the street. Streets are narrow and steep, as it is at footstep of a hill. This place is a very good starting point for the exploration of rest of the island - Adeje and Los Cristianos are very close (30min by car) where you have nice beaches, Teide is also relatively close.

    Nice resort not too many brits. Locals very friendly. Great sports centre which charged 20 euros for the week. Beaches a bit rocky but nice. Restaurants generally good. Restaurants with views are much more expensive than those without. Casa Pepes was a favourite.

    Beautiful views of Los Gigantes and the Ocean. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants which were all good value and very friendly. Several bars had Happy Hour around 4 pm. Taxi is about Euro 65. Everywhere is either uphill or down ! Plenty of local taxis around though. Very much a family resort. I did not see any Night Clubs

    Not much to do in Puerto de Santiago but a couple of good...

    Not much to do in Puerto de Santiago but a couple of good restaurants and a nice promenade, and very close to Los Gigantes which has a lot more to offer. Beach at Puerto de Santiago very small and disappointing if you're looking for a beach resort.

    The city is a very nice place to spend your vacation.

    The city is a very nice place to spend your vacation. It is sort of split in three! One part is near the Gigantes, where there are more tourists and things tend to be more expensive, and then there is the other side near the Arena Beach, where there are a lot of shops, also a bit more expensive. The third part, right in the middle, is where there are more locals and reasonable prices. Overall, a lot less crowded place than the American beach and that area.

    This hotel was lovely, great value for money. I came with my bestie and had the best time. The food exceeded our expectations.Lots of choices & something for everyone. Pool area lovely, and great facilities. The Entertainment was amazing, great each night. And the entertainment staff are 10/10. If youre thinking of booking, do it! Will definitely be coming back. 30 mins from airport & 20/25 mins to Adeje.

    Fantastic location near the beach, and easy travel to the more tourist orientated parts of Tenerife. Villa was fantastic, really clean and tidy, pool was lovely and was a very comfortable temperature. Free Wifi, Smart TV for the kids, right next door to amenities. Washing Machine on site, particularly handy with 3 children. Handy offroad parking at the rear with electric gates.

    The staff was always very helpful, polite and kind. I asked for few things and they have been done without any problem. This was our 4 visit to Puerto de Santiago and staying in Dragos del Sur. Breakfast was very good, with many choices. We will definitely be back to "our hotel" 😊 Thank you for making our stay exceptional

    The property is a big new apartment at ground floor with an huge terrace and a pool on the rooftop with an amazing view. The apartment have all the necessary stuff (cutlery, plates, towels, etc..). The apartment is located in a quite area, near everything and 30 minutes from Tenerife sud airport.

    Nice view from the balcony. Plenty of space for four adults. Very near to supermarkets. We would stay again if going to this resort but would probably look to another if going to Tenerife in the future. It was very good value for the price.
