Es un alojamiento bastante agradable y confortable y amplio. El apartamento (o piso pq tiene tres habitaciones) está muy bien ubicado para estar en la playa y paseo marítimo en 5m y para salir y entrar de la ciudad. Es un piso amplio bueno para unas 5 o 6 personas, con un salón luminoso, con vistas y amplio y una cocina bien equipada y tmb con zona para desayuno. El servicio de Netflix un plus y la calefacción o aire acondicionado adecuados y los dos baños bien equipados y amplios. La persona con la que hemos tenido la relación para la llegada y consultar cualquier cosa ha sido muy amable y pendiente de nuestras demandas. La entrada y salida es sin contacto físico, pero por teléfono y con el cajetín de entrada con las llaves en la puerta va todo muy rodado. La zona cuenta con un supermercado cercano.

Nice and cozy big house, nice views, full equipped and just 100 meters far from the Malvarrosa beach -EU Blue Flag awarded. 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, perfect for six people. AC. Very well communicated by bus/tram, 10 minutes from the Ciudad de las Ciencias and 25 minutes from city center. Ideal for families, lovely for couples. All visitors are welcome, whatever origin, religion, nationality, personal options and orientations. FULL HOUSE. Late check-in and check-out and pets is allowed, with an extra cost. Public parking lot available at 200 meters far. Currently, the building facade is under renovation - the community keeps improving!
We will be fully available if needed, but you will enjoy the house on your own ;-)
The neighborhood is typical of the maritime of Valencia, popular, very close to the Cabanyal (protected). The Malvarrosa beach is located (literally) on the next street, less than 5 minutes walk.
