Welcome to the Boutique Granada Albaicín 3000 Apartments, a luxurious retreat for your holiday in Granada. Located in a meticulously restored historic building, these apartments blend the essence of Andalusia with modern comforts. We offer various types of apartments, with the most common layouts and equipment as follows: Apartments 2/4: For 4 people, featuring one bedroom (with a double bed or two single beds), a double sofa bed in the living room, a living-dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Apartments 4/6: For 6 people, including two bedrooms with double beds, a double sofa bed in the living room, a living-dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Kitchen: Fully equipped with stovetops or ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, complete kitchenware, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and kettle. Bathrooms: Equipped with a shower or bathtub. Living room: Spacious and comfortable, with a TV, sofa, dining table and chairs, and additional amenities. Pets are welcome, making these apartments an excellent choice for enjoying a vacation in Granada with your furry friend.

Inaugurated in February 2020 after an exhaustive restoration and remodelling of the block, the building in which the Boutique Apartments Granada Albaicin 3000 are located has 2 floors plus the ground floor, with all the flats arranged around an interior courtyard or corrala, a typical construction of the centre of Granada and Andalusia. The flats have 1 and 2 double bedrooms with double sofa beds and can accommodate up to 6 people in each flat. They have a kitchen open to the living-dining room with a television and a complete bathroom. All the flats have a balcony and some of them even have a pleasant terrace to enjoy the good weather in this Andalusian town. As for the flats, the distribution is the same with the difference of having one or two independent bedrooms with beds for 2 people, being a more comfortable option for families. The kitchen is equipped with hob or ceramic hob, oven or microwave or both, fridge, sink and kitchenware according to the capacity of each flat as well as Dolce Gusto coffee machine and electric kettle, ideal for breakfast. The building has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for communal use free of charge. The flats are supplied with bed linen and towels for all guests, but not with tea towels or table linen.
