The apartment is located near Oceanografico and 2 large shopping centers - about 10 minutes' walk. Very convenient for tourists, because it is located on 1 floor and is easily accessible for people with luggage. Bus stops for the city center - up to 1-2 minutes, metro - 10 minutes. Quick access to the beach and the city center by public transport. Quiet three-bedroom apartment, fully furnished and equipped for permanent living. The hostess was super friendly and helpful, she has thought of everything - products in the fridge, drinks, fruit and everything for preparing hot food, cooking products, coffeе, toothpaste, shampoos and shower gels, television, internet. Extremely comfortable beds. Elena also provided us with loaded travel cards for public transport for the entire stay. She didn't mind leaving our luggage until late at night when checking out, even without payment. Communication with her is seamless and timely. Would happily use again on next visit.

The place itself is very spacious. the bed was very firm and you can have a good night sleep. The owner is a very nice lady that welcomes you like family. The kitchen has free coffee, chocolate, cookies, pasta, oil for cooking, pasta and anything else you need to prepare a decent meal.

-the host was very communicative and helpful. She met us at the apartment for giving us the keys. She was responsive on watsapp. -great location, there was a bus station near the building and a bike station across the street. Two commercial centers very close. -the apartment was spacious, clean and had everything that you need. -even if the apartment is on the main road, the rooms have backyard view so it's very quiet.

Fully furnished apartment. Really, you have everything you need to make breakfast or lunch. Enough room for 5 people, 3 bedrooms. Very good location, close to bus stop and about 10 minutes on foot to Aquarium and shopping centres. About 15 minutes by bus to the nearest beach. Very pleasant and helpful hostess. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location 15min walk to ciudad de las art and science and about 20 to the arbour & beach. Only 35min walk through the park to the city and also close bus stops and 15min walk to metro marittima line 5 connected with the vlc airport. Close to a few supermarkets and 2 big malls just 7min away: aqua and la corte ingles. Nice apartment well decorated with a well refurbished kitchen (pans,cutlery,glasses also some sugar pasta oil and coffee machine!), living room with tv and a good size room. Also the host, Olena, left some food in the fridge, fruits and wine as a welcome package and that was very sweet. Super clean. Iron and iron table on site plus towels and bathroom items. The apartment has more rooms and it would be great also for family or groups of friends. I do recommend it.
