Minerva is a bright 1 bedroom apartment located 10 minute walk from the beach and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. It is situated in a popular holiday complex which boasts a number of pools surrounded by gardens and terraces and a poolside snack bar. The apartment has a living-dining area and a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The recently renovated bathroom has a bath and shower. There is also a private balcony with views to the mountains and sea.
I have been living in Torremolinos since January 2016 and for the past three years I have been hosting various properties on behalf the owners. I always meet the guests, provide a quick tour of the properties and pass over the keys as well as answering any queries guests may have but also remain available by phone for any further questions or problems. My other work involves the maintenance of flats and houses and so on the rare occasion any issues occur they can usually be resolved very quickly. There is a 24 hour reception area but our host (Andrew) and myself are also available for any questions or concerns,
Minerva Apartments are ideally located so that you can walk into Arroyo De Miel where there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops or a short stroll down to the beach and esplanade where you will find more beach bars, restaurants and shops. Situated between the beach and Arroyo is Paloma Park, a spacious urban park with a pond, walking paths, playgrounds and is home to many different species of birds and animals. It is easy to get around from Minerva Apartment, it is a 5min drive from Arroyo De La Miel Train station, many bus routes also pass by and there is a taxi station outside the apartment complex. From here you can easily explore the nearby towns of Fuengirola and Torremolinos or go into Malaga and from there you will find excellent train and bus routes to take you all over the Costa Del Sol.
