Highlights of the apartment: Located on a second floor, this newly decorated 4-room apartment consists of two interior single bedrooms, one single bedroom and one exterior double bedroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian promenade of Gaudi Avenue. Total area 65 sqm. The apartment is fully furnished, newly renovated and equipped with wifi internet, air conditioning with heat pump and cold, modern Nordic style decoration, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and fully equipped kitchen.
