We like to leave guests to their own devices and keep a low profile, confident that visitors do not need us in order to have fun! :-) However, we are happy to help out with information or anything else that comes up, please ask us here on the message board. If we need to go to the apartment for any maintenance, we will let you know beforehand to ensure you are home.

Welcome to our lovely apartment! The apartment is located in one of the trendiest and most Bohemian neighbourhoods of Barcelona, known as "Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i La Ribera".  This area is one of the hippest neighbourhoods in Barcelona,  Sant Pere, with a multitude of small restaurants, shops, bars, boutiques, and a mixture of multiculturalism and independent artists, is a great location, within walking distance of Plaza Cataluña.  You will have the entire apartment to yourself, so there will be no sharing with others. Note: Utility bills: water/electricity and Wifi are not included in the montly rent , you must pay for this when we send you the bills. It's located on the 2nd floor, and although there is no lift, it's a great opportunity to get some exercise! The entire apartment is just for you, so no sharing with anyone else. As you can see in the photos, it's equipped with a small kitchenette in the living/dining room, which has a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, and oven. You'll also love the cute balcony, which is perfect for a smoke break, but please note that smoking inside is not allowed. There's a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has parquet floors and authentic Catalan beamed ceilings. The two bedrooms are interior but don't worry, they have a sliding glass panel at the top to let in air and light which you can see in the photos. Like most apartments in the old quarters of Barcelona and other old cities, there's not a lot of natural light. However, being in the city's hub makes up for it!
