We present you this exclusive and spacious apartment with sea views and surrounded by tropical gardens, it is located just 10 minutes walk from the beach, it has 2 sunny terraces and the comfort of one of the most prestigious and quiet urbanizations in Benalmádena, in a nice location few meters away from the golf course. The apartment has an independent entrance and has all the comforts, such as free WIFI, Smart TV, air conditioning, and comfortable rooms, with 2 bathrooms. In the living room, you will find a fireplace and two large sofas, you will also have the kitchen, the dining room, and access to a wonderful sunny terrace with partial views of the sea and views to the gardens, also a private patio with furniture to enjoy a barbecue in the air free will make your stay pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and everything you need to cook.
