Brand new luxury apartment with panoramic sea and mountain views is located on the heights of the Port of La Duquesa in a modern newly completed development, including a large swimming pool, a fitness room and an outdoor and indoor parking spaces. This second floor (with lift) apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully furnished with cold/hot air-conditioning. The open plan kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances. The living room is comfortable, bright and opens onto a beautiful large terrace of 31 m2. The interior and exterior finishes are integrated into a contemporary, high-quality concept that combines comfort and luxury. With its contemporary glass balustrades, the specious main terrace offers spectacular view of the Sierra Bermeja mountains, the Bay of Estepona and the Mediterranean Sea. The smaller terrace is located at the rear by the visitors’ bedroom and is facing the pool.
In addition to the splendid natural landscape and the magnificent views, you can enjoy a serene and peaceful atmosphere as the complex is surrounded by the La Duquesa golf course. It is located a short distance from the beach, reachable on foot, and from marvelous port of La Duquesa, with its beautiful marina with many restaurants and pubs around. It is less than 15 minutes by car from the charming town of Estepona or from the prestigious port of Sotogrande. You can also enjoy shopping and dining in Marbella. The complex is just 25 minutes from Puerto Banus, with its high-end shops and restaurants. The neighborhood of Estepona and Sotogrande are rightly considered ideal for a family vacation, with beautiful beaches, numerous beach clubs and restaurants (chiringuitos). Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the best courses on the Costa del Sol, such as Finca Cortesin, Sotogrande, San Roque or Valderrama.
