Enjoy a luxury renovated loft next to the City of Arts and Sciences. Built for digital nomads, families or couples. All of our homes have working stations for the ability to work virtually or lounge comfortably with trendy inspiring design and architecture Close to the famous park, downtown and beach. This well connected premium accommodation has everything you need, we have taken care of every detail. Accessible and ideal for long stays, surrounded by all services, with free parking area! This space was built to be the perfect home away from home. You'll find a working station set up with computer monitor in all of our homes to allow you to work comfortably from the home without any disturbances. This space has high ceilings has been designed with the intention of making it cozy, inspiring and a place that helps bring out creativity + comfort. You will not want to leave by the end of your trip :) - The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils for cooking. Among other things it has a ceramic hob, microwave with grill, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, Italian coffee maker etc. - The living room has a nice sofa, convertible into a bed, HD TV, wifi and a nice dining table. - The bedroom has a double bed and a dressing room to leave your clothes and suitcases. -The bathroom is a spacious space with individual towels, hairdryer and gel and shower shampoo.
A digital nomad who has a real passion for creating unique and special experiences for other world travelers I’ve stayed at 100+ airbnbs myself and work hard to assure my units truly feel like a home away from home. They all come fully loaded for digital nomads (remote workers), with trendy architecture design and high end components to make it a special stay. As a digital nomad I know how important wifi and working stations with monitors are so all my units will always have them!
This location is in a higher end neighbourhood in Valencia, it's highly desirable given its close proximity to the city of arts and sciences and the park. You will find that it is quiet and comfortable, unlike some of the other noisier parts of Valencia There is free parking in the area which is first come first serve, we know all the best spots so can recommend best places to park for free. The house is very well connected to anywhere you need to get to in Valencia, including walking distance from one of the best parks in the world
