Lovely spacious 4bedroom private villa in the well know area of Santa Maria Golf, offering great outdoor area, sauna, pool, parking space. From the entrance you find living area with high ceilings, open fire, large tv and free internet connection, easy access to the well sized kitchen and breakfast area together with a guest toilet. From both kitchen and living area you have access to the lovely east facing terrace overlooking the golf and surroundings. Ideal for having your breakfast with the morning sun or an afternoon bbq. On the lower level you find the 4 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 twin rooms each with its own bathroom and the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom) Enough space for a family to enjoy a well deserved holiday. From the bedrooms you have access to the terrace and pool area (where there is also a safety gate for little kids). Ideal holiday home.. near the golf and only 5 min drive to the shops and beach. (important to know there are quite a few steps to give access to the house)
