He was super professional but also very friendly. He offered all the info we could need to stay in the beautiful village of Alarcon. He showed us to our room which was very nice indeed.... he even carried half our luggage up. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfy bed, amazing shower!! Breakfast prepared and served by Javier, with wonderfully fresh ingredients used, and there was always plenty of conversation. Jose met us and showed us everything we needed to know. Alarcon was a great stopover on our way to Murcia but it was VERY quiet (which was good and bad) and there was only 2 places to eat in the evening. Nowhere to have breakfast so we were very pleased that we had a self service breakfast (tea/coffee and toast) in the house before heading off. It was such a treat to stay in a building so beautifully preserved. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were cosy and warm and the food at the restaurant was excellent. If your budget allows it, book your stay in the tower for the whole experience. Alarcón is a pretty village with a selection of restaurants and bars.Guest review byFionaSpain

We booked a Superior Room which was in the tower section, it was on the small side but understandable due to its location. The breakfast which was included was excellent with lots of choice.
