The spacious and bright living room, which has a smart TV, a comfortable arched sofa and a table, connects directly to the private terrace of the property, where you will find another great dining table ideal for meetings with friends and family without having to leave home. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and grinder, and a basic kitchenware to make you feel that you lack absolutely nothing. The 2 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, offering comfortable beds, closets and bedding, as well as high quality towels. Both have double beds and good natural light and, in the case of the master bedroom, it also has its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub and fully equipped with sink, toilet and clean towels. Finally, as far as the property is concerned, you will find another cozy bathroom, in this case with shower and also with sink, toilet and towels. As for the urbanisation, Pueblo Mediterraneo is a private residential community that has 2 communal swimming pools (open from 11:00 to 21:00 throughout the year, subject to variations in availability), a beautiful garden area, plus an outdoor dining area.
