Welcome to this modern apartment located in a beautiful urbanization in Sancti Petri. It offers a shared pool and sleeps 4+1 guests. The facilities of the beautiful urbanisation include a well-kept garden area where you can spread out your towel and sunbathe after a refreshing swim in the shared chlorine pool. The pool measures 10 x 8 metres and has a depth of 1.40 and 2.50 metres. The flat, located on the first floor of the building without lift, has a large terrace where you can enjoy a drink with your companions and enjoy the views. The modern interior has been decorated with great taste and style and has all the necessary comforts for a perfect stay. The living/dining room is equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV. The separate kitchen offers a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook during your holiday. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a trundle bed. The extra guest will rest on the sofa bed. The bathroom of the flat comes with a bathtub. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
