The holiday apartment "Loft Vallromanes" is situated next to a lush forest, in an urbanization of the town of Vallromanes. It is a quiet neighbourhood at the foot of the Sierra de la Marina, a mountain range that separates the coast from the interior. The forest offers various paths to explore on foot, by bicycle, or on horseback and through which you can reach the coastal towns of Masnou, Alella or Vilassar de Mar (2 hours of excursion or 20 minutes by car). The 90 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher. This apartment includes a private balcony. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area with a mini pool, a garden and a covered terrace. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed. Smoking, making a fire, celebrating events, using garden tools and equipment outside the farm, or manipulating the on-site energy supply equipment are not allowed.
