We are a family company working for over 19 years in holiday rentals at the Costa Blanca. It´s very important to us to offer our customers a personal and individual service. On the day of your arrival we will welcome you in our office which is located close to our villas. There, you will receive the coordinates as well as a short description of the villa you have rented, thus you are only a few minutes away to start your relaxing holidays.

Beautiful and cheerful villa with private pool in Benissa, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 4 persons. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The accommodation offers a garden with gravel and trees, a beautiful pool and beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. This villa offers an air conditioned living/dining room with flat screen television (satellite antenna - Astra), a lovely fireplace in living room (wood), utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and free WiFi. It also has an open kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and juicer. This villa has an apartment on the top level which is private and it will remain locked and empty during your stay.

The villa is situated in a coastal, hilly and residential area, at 2 km from Cala Baladrar beach and at 5 km from Moraira. The closest rock beach is the Cala Baladrar at only 1.9 km from the villa (driving less than 2 minutes). The closest sand beach is the Platja L'Ampolla (Moraira) at 5.3 km (driving 8-10 minutes). The sand beach of Calpe is 8 km away (12 minutes by car). There are several rock and sand beaches to visit in this lovely area. Moraira is the closest town, where you can visit the castle, the port, walk along the promenade and enjoy visiting the old town. Calpe is the second nearest town. There you can visit the 'Ifach Rock' (nice walk and beautiful views) and enjoy the long beautiful sand beaches. The port area is well known for its restaurants (specialized in rices & seafood). Its comfort and the proximity of the beach, places to shop, sports, activities and places to go out make this a wonderful villa to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
