It is a beautiful newly apartmant with luxury qualities in the exclusive Urbanization The Links II. In the first line of golf and beach. It consists of a spacious living-dining room with a modern integrated kitchen from which you can see the sea, two double bedrooms (one of them with an en-suite bathroom, dressing room and terrace), a separate bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. From the living room there is access to a beautiful terrace with sea views. The apt includes a garage space.
I live 10 mins by car from the apartment, so I am ready to solve guests requirement very flexible.
Alcaidesa is surrounded by its own natural environment for outdoor sports. Its spectacular views of the sea are mixed with the green color of the golf courses and with its spectacular views of the sea and Gibraltar. In addition, less than 10 minutes by car you will enjoy golf in three of its most iconic courses: Valderrama, Real Club de Golf Sotogrande and San Roque Club. Alcaidesa is perfectly connected to any point on the Mediterranean coast. In the area is the International School of Sotogrande, hospitals, supermarkets, etc.
