Playamar is a mixture of residential and touristic area in a laid-back resort town that's home to one of the longest and best maintained beaches along the Alboran Sea. You can enjoy charming streets with handicrafts, souvenir shops, and casual restaurants, as well as the old Pimentel Tower offering panoramic sea views. There is plenty of open space and areas for casual walks and recreational sport as well as a large number of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The neighborhood offers everything you may need during your stay without having to travel by car or public transport for your immediate needs. City center is 15 min walk (uphill) and there is also an elevator when you rather take it easier. Please bear in mind that this is a family housing development and there are some behavioral policies that apply. Meetings that disturb the neighbors, making noise after 00.00 am, causing nuisance by smoking on the terrace, parties in the accommodation are not allowed. There is 24h surveillance in the common outdoor places and neighbors may notify to the police in case of non-compliance with the rules of the community.
