⚠️ The WiFi is not high-speed, so it may not be ideal for remote work. As it's in the city center and an older building, you may hear noise from the building and city sounds. This spacious penthouse has everything you need to live an unforgettable experience in Malaga. The location could not be more central and a private rooftop is also a plus for big companies. The building set in the traditional Andalusian style. The captivating inner patio and its decoration will make you live a true Malaga experience to the fullest. You will have the main attractions of the city at your fingertips. Attention: There is a possibility to book more than one apartment in the same building. Contact us for more details The access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
