Welcome to our modern and spacious 3-bedroom villa at Terrazas de Cortesin, within the prestigious, 24-hour gated Finca Cortesin Golf Resort - 2km away from the hotel Finca Cortesin. The apartment is set over two levels : On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living area, which is bright and stylish, furnished with quality pieces throughout. You'll find two comfortable sofas, a large 86" smart TV, and a dining area. Pocket sliding glass doors fully retract into the walls, seamlessly blending the indoor space with the large terrace and private garden. Outside, relax on 4 sunbeds or enjoy dining with a luxury Weber Pulse 2000 electric BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen features an island with bar stools, while a separate utility room offers both washing and drying machines. The villa includes free WiFi, hot and cold vented air conditioning, and two private parking spaces in the underground garage. The bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a super king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, a personal safe, and direct access to the terrace. A stylish guest shower room is located nearby. Just 50 meters from the villa, the tranquil communal pool (with measurement of 20m on 8m) offers beautiful views and is usually quiet—perfect for a peaceful swim.
