Operated by its’ founder, Kathy Carrasco and her dedicated team, who provide an unrivalled service to all of our guests and property owners. Kathy has over 15 years of estate agency and rental experience and although she only established Marbella Skol in 2012, has already become one of the foremost property managers in the area, with an ever increasing portfolio of property and personal recommendations.

Attractive, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom duplex apartment, located on the 5th floor in Block A, of the Skol building in Marbella. This bright, West facing apartment has great sea views, as well as over the communal pools and gardens. The popular Skol Complex, is front line beach and right in the heart of Marbella, and 50 meters away from the famous Marbella port. Surrounded by fine dining restaurants and also pubs, bars and shops. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C in the bedrooms and the living room. 🏊‍ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of 3 europer day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis. 🔑 Main reception open 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals. ☕ Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens. 🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest included in the rental price. 🚗 If you want a parking space, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive information about the parking closest to the Skol Building, which you may reserve online through an external company.

A stroll along the palm-fringed Paseo Marítimo has long been one of Marbella’s most special charms. With its views across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the Rif Mountains of Morocco, and an endless selection of relaxing beach bars, it is a particularly attractive spot to watch the world go by. The enchanting Casco Antiguo (Old Town) echoes traditional Andalucía and its rich history; built within the still-standing walls of its Moorish castle, it preserves an undeniable cultural and historic heritage in the face of modern tourism. Its street plan bears the irregular layout characteristic of the Arabic era, although some of its narrow streets lead to plazas designed and built after the Christian Conquest. The Plaza de Los Naranjos (Orange Square), an example of the urban reorganisation carried by the conquerors, hosts the Ayuntamiento (Town Hall), built in the sixteenth century and enlarged in the eighteenth. A stone's throw away stands La Encarnación Church, a stunning temple whose construction dates back to the seventeenth century. The Old Town is a tranquil refuge with a unique atmosphere of blended cosmopolitanism and tradition.
