It has air conditioning throughout the house, fiber optic Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, electric shutters, fireplace, security doors and windows, rustic marble flooring, etc. It is fully equipped and beautifully decorated with quality furniture. The house has an extraordinary south orientation and a fantastic sunny balcony overlooking the pool. From the balcony you will also enjoy beautiful views of the Moraira valley with the Sierra de Bernia mountains in the background. You can access without stairs both the house and the entire complex including the garage. It has an elevator and 1 garage space.
