Welcome to Valencia! We are Isabel, Elena and Iulia our agency manages many property rentals in Valencia City Center and on Valencia beach. We will be pleased to receive you at the apartment on arrival and give you many tips about the city! We will be available 24h in case of emergency.

Property info

This modern apartment is very well equipped. It's a cozy and comfortable place. The double bed has got a good quality mattress.There is an extra bed available in the living room, it is comfortable for a kid or a light adult. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. In the living room there is a confortable sofa. There is a table and 2 chairs on the nice balcony. Private parking and a storage room where you will be able to leave rental bikes, beach equipment, etc. This apartment is located in a beautiful residence with a swimming pool and paddle courts (free access). The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st, the paddle is open every day of the year from 9am to 11pm. Please return the apartment clean. If you want an extra cleaning you can request it.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is 100m from the Mall "Arena Multiespacio" where you can find all kinds of shops and restaurants. This mall is open every day of the week, including Sundays. Near the apartment there are also supermarkets and outdoor cafes and restaurants with a friendly atmosphere and a varied cuisine. It is a perfect accommodation for visiting Valencia and surroundings or for a professional stay. It is very well connected, you can reach the historic center of Valencia by bus or metro, in only 15 minutes. The bus stop is next to the apartment and metro station is at 5 minute walking. You can also reach Valencia beaches in 20-25 minutes by public transportation or 10 minutes driving, and you will enjoy the immense sandy beaches of the city of Valencia: Malvarrosa beach, Las Arenas beach, Patacona beach. Finally, only 10 minutes from the apartment you will leave the city and enjoy green spaces for biking, jogging or walking in the green orchards of Valencia and you can taste the best “horchata” in the town of Alboraya.
