Tiene parking gratuito exterior. Tiene guardaesquis en la entrada del edificio. Muy buena calefacción. Tiene un montón de edredones y mantas (aunque no tiene ni sábanas ni toallas). Apartamento equipado con lavadora, lavaplatos, secador de pelo y cafetera de cápsulas. Noemí es una persona de muchísima ayuda.
