Come and spend your holidays in an apartment just 50 metres from the beaches of La Ciotat. Accommodation: The apartment is located on the second and last floor of the building, so it offers you a lovely sea view from the terrace! The residence is completely secure with several small gates for pedestrians and a large electric gate for cars. On the night side you will find a bedroom equipped with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and some storage space. In the living room you will also find a fold-out sofa bed. The shower room has an Italian-style shower, a single sink, a towel dryer and a washing machine. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. On the terrace, a table with chairs is at your disposal to admire this lovely sea view! Parking: You can park in the residence but the space is not reserved or private!
