Warm and well appointed, it includes : - sleeping areas with two sofa beds ; - a bathroom ; - and a fully equipped kitchen. You will particularly appreciate the residence's shared swimming pool, a real place of relaxation and conviviality. The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking, Television, Microwave, Oven and Iron. Please note that sheets and towels are provided at extra cost. A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest. One of the assets of the accommodation is its location. It is located : - close to the ski lifts and ski rental services; - at the foot of a Sherpa Supermarket for your small daily purchases; - close to a ski school; - 600 m from the Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc ski area; - 15 minutes by car from the famous "Maison forte de Hautetour" (one of the main attractions of the resort) in the center of town where you will find everything you need; - 14 minutes from the village of Les Praz, the Tourist Office and the aquatic center which allows a multitude of activities, i.e. balneo, fitness, aquabike...
