This is absolutely a perfect place to stay when in Cassis!!! 1st of all the rooms are awesome, very spacious super clean full kitchen and living room with everything you need, laundry if needed, all all all you need! It is a beautiful property, and the pool is such a great bonus !!! PLUS it has perfect location only about 200 meters from the city centre and the famous local market (which was amazing). It has private parking on site (just make sure you dont get charged for extra…. We did but the owners refund it as it was a mistake just took little extra time out of my days to get it …)

Perfect location. You have to walk maybe 3 minutes to get downtown, which is great. I wouldn’t want to stay exactly downtown. This place has some good style and a cool outdoor restaurant. It was a great choice for my short, 1 night stay.

    Absolutely wonderful!

    Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful waterfront village - great restaurants, lots of shops. Lots of people too, but it did not feel crowded (except at the beach in town!). We were there on a Saturday night and there was music everywhere and many people out enjoying, but it felt relaxed and happy. It feels very much like a local scene - did not feel "touristy".

    Beautiful village and appreciate the authenticity. Not touristy which I was worried about. We loved it. Excellent dining and quaint shops in every price range. I look forward to returning and spending more time!

    Cassis is just like the pictures—quaint small streets bustling with people and restaurants, charming boats in the harbor, and a beautiful old church with a bell tower. The town offers stunning views and is amazingly beautiful, full of vibrant life. Must visit and you will fall in love.

    Cassis is a delightful port side town in the south of France...

    Cassis is a delightful port side town in the south of France that is touristy but at the same time feels lived in. The hiking in the area is spectacular. We were there in late May and the town was busy but not chaotic. I don’t think I would want to be there in the height of summer. We enjoyed 2 wonderful days and nights in the town and could certainly have stayed another night or two.

    A very attractive village with very good views around the...

    A very attractive village with very good views around the harbour and from many of the restaurants. Some of the information obtained to walk and view the scenery around the coast was not very accurate. The nearest calanque to see was said to be not very far but it was a walk of several miles and very hilly. It was a very good venue with lovely views. The overall scenery around the village is excellent but not easy for older people to visit because of the high levels round the village.

    Cassis is a lovely little town with a small harbour, a town beach and the other beaches nearby. It's a 45 minute walk to Port-au-Pin which is a beaut Calanque with clear blue water. It's another hour to the next Calanque which is very impressive but it's a steep walk down and then a steep walk back, so he prepared. The boat trip to see all the Calanques is definitely worth it, it was a really interesting experience. We ate out twice, both meals were fine, I especially liked my aoili which is a local fish and seafood speciality dish. There are also a number of ice cream shops that we frequented 😁 We were in Cassis at the start of April (2 weeks before Easter) and it was very busy even then, it must be quite overwhelming in the summer.

    Absolutely fabulous place to stay; 5 star hotel level facilities within a friendly, family run, boutique residence. Great natural swim pool with plenty of sun loungers; great bespoke rooms with excellent shower and comfortable beds; we also appreciated the in room safe. Also, access to iced water, tea and coffees throughout the day, and a good standard of served continental breakfast. We loved our visit and hope to return!

    Monique and Michel were great hosts. We loved the location that is super close to all what you need in Cassis. Waking distance to the beach and all other attrcations within Cassis. The hosts provided us with recommendations on places to vist and were super responsive to every ask. We loved it and I personally loved Michel's jam. To be repeated again!! We used it as a center for provence..
