We propose to you with the hiring, in Marseilles, this charming apartment within a protected Haussmannian building, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers as well as a baby. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open kitchen and a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The apartment with a beautiful height under ceiling is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with connected TV, Wifi (optical fiber), double sofa bed (new) and a dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A shower room with Italian shower (soap and shampoo available). - A separate toilet. For more comfort : washing machine, baby bed, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available (fiber optic). - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of the reception.
