A dix minutes du centre ville d'Avignon, dans une "zone verte" protégée, sans aucune nuisance sonore, petit mas rénové à neuf de 3 pièces comprenant : 1 pièce principale salon/cuisine/salle à manger, 2 grande chambres avec placards et rangements : Une avec un lit en 160X200cm et l'autre avec un lit pouvant être utilisé en 160X200 ou en 2 fois 80X200cm. Un WC indépendant et une salle de bains avec douche. Chauffage et climatisation dans chaque pièce avec réglage individuel de la température. Un espace extérieur est dédié avec table et chaises de jardin. Piscine et table de ping-poinng. Possibilité de barbecue. Ce logement fait partie d'une propriété sur un terrain de 3000 M2 arboré et clôturé, avec portail automatique. Stationnement sur place juste contre le logement. Cuisine avec plaque induction et hotte d'aspiration, four micro-onde, grand frigo avec congélateur, grille-pain, etc.. Télévision HD grand écran, Wifi haut débit, Volets roulants électriques dans chaque pièce. Nous sommes à votre disposition pour répondre à chacune de vos éventuelles questions.
