Studio completely renovated with terrace, located in a little street 50m from the port of Estaque. Ideally placed to visit Marseille and the creeks of the blue coast. Shops and restaurants nearby. My accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers or people who have a pleasant stay in Marseille. Housing This Studio of 30m2 has been completely renovated and arranged judiciously to gain the maximum space possible. That's why we offer a room open to the living room with a real double bed. The accommodation is fully equipped for you to spend a pleasant holiday. Accessible via the highway from the airport (20 Minutes) TER station nearby (15 minutes) RTM bus N ° 35 Maritime shuttle at 500m (From the beginning of May to the end of September) It is composed: - A bathroom with Italian shower and suspended toilet. - A fully-equipped kitchen. - A bedroom open to the living room, with comfortable double bed. - A living room with convertible sofa bed. Don't hesitated to contact us for any questions.

L'Estaque (in Provencal L'Estaco) is a district of the 16th arrondissement of Marseille, north-west of the city. Its inhabitants are Estaquéeans. A former isolated hamlet of fishermen and tile makers, L'Estaque became at the end of the 19th century a village of factory workers and a seaside resort. Between 1870 and 1914, his landscapes are a source of inspiration for famous painters, such as Paul Cézanne, Georges Braque, or Auguste Renoir. L'Estaque has managed to preserve its authenticity as a Provencal village which has earned it its renown all over the world now. Stop for a moment on the harbor to taste the famous Chichis Frégis, or the panisses. Finally push the door of one of the many restaurants to discover all the flavors of this unique district of Marseille. The port is also the meeting place for all sailing enthusiasts, without forgetting the famous Provencal jousts, it is also a very famous seaport.
