The ground floor bedroom has its own 2m2 terrace, entrance, bathroom and separate toilet. The spacious living room (48m2) opens directly on to a 25m2 terrace. 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, one balneo, 3 wc, 2 hairdryers, 2 zooming mirrors, washing line, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 1 microwave, kettle, coffee machine, American fridge.
