WE LOVE
Fancy stepping back in time to 19th century Paris? A trip to the beautiful home of legendary artist Jean-Jacques Henner is worth seeking out. Steps from Parc Monceau, it houses a treasure trove of artistic delights in a setting exuding timeless Parisian grace.
Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties! The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be accessed by a lift. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
Neighborhood info
Situated next to the Arc de Triomphe, the 17th arrondissement is slightly off the beaten track. However, if you’d like to see some of the finest architecture in Paris, then look no further. This arrondissement, without any major sites, is a story of two tales; to north-eastern end of the 17th, more commonly known as Batignolles, you’ll find a relaxed bohemian atmosphere with a large variety of bars and eateries. In contrast, the south-western side of the 17th feels like an extension of the Champs Élysées with a large selection of midrange to high-end shops. This beautiful arrondissement is home to one of Paris’s best kept secrets like Parc Monceau, an unusually casual and relaxing park in the heart of Paris.
