Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and dining area, with a separate sitting room and snug area. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Permit parking is available for one car.
