A cozy grade II listed 2 bedroomed property located in the centre of Knaresborough with private access. Situated next to the castle, near the market square, and a short walk from the railway station and bus station. Consisting of a fully equipped open plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor. A double bedroom with toilet on the first floor and a further double bedroom with king size bed and shower room on the second floor. The bed on the first floor can be converted into two single beds. There is also an additional guest bed if required. Free wifi with fast speeds and a smart TV located in the living area and each bedroom. Please note, the property has two flights of stairs that may be tricky for very young children or people with mobility issues. Also the property is situated in the very heart of town and is next to a public house. The pub is one of the quieter ones, but there could potentially be some noise. There is no parking at the property, however you are able to park temporarily at the rear of the property to drop off any luggage etc.
Nearest car parks are as follows: Short stay car parks all within 2-5 min walk from the property: Castle Yard HG5 8AR, Chapel Street HG5 8AN and Fisher Street HG5 8BT Long stay car park: York Place HG5 0AD. Approx. 8 mins walk from the property. The picturesque market town of Knaresborough lies on the River Nidd, a few miles east of Harrogate, in North Yorkshire. It has much to offer visitors - a beautiful crag-top setting with the remains of an ancient castle, Mother Shipton's Cave, riverside walks, boat rides, cafés and much more.
