A bright and spacious 3 bedroom first floor period property, with estuary views throughout - including a private balcony dining area. Perfect location, walkable to both Southend city centre & the popular picture postcard Leigh-on-Sea old town & broadway shopping area. 5 minute walk from mainline train station (Regular C2C to Fenchurch & West Ham, with Stratford and Liverpool Street direct connections at weekends). 10 min drive to Southend airport.
We have been loyal members of airbnb since the very early days, as both hosts and guests. Unfortunately our account froze and we couldn’t get our profile back, for now. Perfect location, walkable to both Southend city centre & Leigh-on-Sea. 5 minute walk from mainline train station (Regular C2C to Fenchurch & West Ham, with Stratford and Liverpool Street direct connections at weekends). 10 min drive to Southend airport. A few minutes walk from Westcliff Beach. There are so many choices of restaurants and cafes in Westcliff itself. On the seafront we'd recommend Toulouse – Premium quality food, lots of lovely seafood dishes, and dog friendly) Oyster Creek – Modern seafood restaurant, set in a stunning renovated Victorian shelter. Oldham’s of Westcliff for the best fish and chips in the whole of Southend. And the famous original Rossi Ice Cream Parlour and cafe – a must visit. Catch a show just a 10 minute walk to The Cliffs Pavilion or The Palace Theatre. Spend a family day at Southend Pier – the world’s longest pleasure pier, and enjoy the seaside theme park Adventure Island, Caddy’s Mini Golf Bar or the Sea Life Centre. Chalkwell Beach offers yet more gorgeous views and cafes, like Salt Water Cafe, offering water sports lessons. Leigh-on-Sea, a quaint fishing village, has literally hundreds of pubs, restaurants, shops and boutiques.
