We are very pleased to present this self catered two bedroom cosy chalet that can comfortably sleep up to four adults. Its also great stay for a family of four. This property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dining area and living space with flatscreen TV with access to Netflix, amazing prime and a selection of dvds. Not into tv on holiday? We have a load of games for you to play and even some books as well. A beautiful bathroom with a shower with full sized bath. Towels, linen and welcome pack are all included in your package. It’s situated in a newly refurbished holiday park. It overlooks a river and little pond which holds a wealth of wildlife including ducks, herons and even kingfishers in the quiet times of the year. Perfect for bird watching. We are situated in the quieter side of the park, It’s in a perfect rural location right up in the moors of Cornwall. 🐕🐾Now excepting dogs with a small charging fee, to pay this fee will have to be done on private transaction away from booking website please make sure to message me if you wish to bring a dog on holiday with you we accept a maximum of 2 dogs. 🐾🐕
We purchased our lovely cosy chalet in early 2022. It’s being run as a small family business by me, we love Cornwall and wanted to be able to enjoy the Cornish countryside in a relaxing location, this lovely property ticked all those boxes for us. We really hope you enjoy your stay and please if you have any questions please message me on your app. Please note : some if not most of the amenities included with our property are seasonal and will be shut during cold months for renovation purposes. (October 31st 2022 - February 31st 2023)
There are 161 holiday homes on the park. (PLEASE NOTE: 2022 October school holidays through too February 2023 most of these amenities may not be available due to renovation) We are positioned near the west Cornish Coast, there are a few castles near by if you want to get to know some English history such as the well known Tintagel Castle famous for the history of King Arthur, Dryden Castle near Port Isaac which is also the well known location for filming Doc Martin. Polzeath & Newquay if you want a trip to the beach with your surf board. Also we are positioned right near the well known Camel Trail with its beautiful scenery. The park has lots of amazing things to offer to help you relax on your stay, 9 hole golf corse. Mini mart Restaurant Indoor Swimming pool. Tennis court* Fishing lakes* (stocked with Carp, Tench, Roach and Bream. You can bring your own rod or hire one for a small charge.) Adventur playground. Family entertainment (augsut school holiday time only). Live stage shows (only during august school holiday time) Spa* Launderette* *Additional charges apply. Please Note all activities including swimming sessions must be pre- booked
