The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with gas range with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining seating for six, a dining room with seating for four, a sitting room with TV and a boot room with tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, two doubles and a twin, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a front garden with decking and furniture, rear garden with lawn, decking and children's slide, as well as off-road parking for up to three cars. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot and highchair available. Pets are not permitted. Note: One of the double bedrooms has low head height and the bed is accessed from one side. Note: The property is accessed via steps and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple are all within driving distance, making this a fantastic home base for exploring North Devon.
