• 9 bedrooms – 7 doubles and 2 twins • 10 bathrooms – 8 en-suite shower rooms with WC, 1 with shower cubicle and 1 family bathroom (2 further WC’s) • Kitchen - large gas cooker with hobs, extractor fan, separate grill, griddle, dishwasher, microwave and 2 fridges • Utility room – washing machine, tumble drier and freezer • Enclosed heated outdoor swimming pool, that has shared usage with the owner and open mid May until mid September weather permitting. • Ample parking • Beach 2 miles, shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance • TV/DVD in  lounge and TV’S in all bedrooms
