A recently restored beautiful 4 bedroom house located in the highly sought after coastal village of Cley-Next-The-Sea in North Norfolk. Commanding wonderful far reaching marsh views. It is immaculately decorated. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room, sitting room with views of the famous Cley Windmill with a wood burner. Washing machine and tumble dryer in a utility room.
If you are fond of sand dunes and salty air you'll love this beautifully decorated and newly renovated townhouse in the centre of Cley and next door to the very famous Cley windmill. The house is located next to the coastal path which takes you straight down to the shingle beach. You are a short walk away from the award wining bakery PASTONACRE, where they specialise in organic, stoneground locally-milled flour. Also on your doorstop is a Cley smokehouse, selling the best smoke salmon you'll ever taste, galleries and gift shops. Once you have arrived at "Mill Leet" you will not need to get back into your car. There is a long courtyard over looking Cley Harbour, Cley windmill and the marshes.
