Wow! This fantastic front-line detached luxury coastal property has stunning uninterrupted views across the marsh to the sea. Located in Salthouse, one of the most popular villages in North Norfolk, this high-end contemporary and stylish property with upside-down living, will make you fall in love with North Norfolk. Located within easy reach of the hugely popular The Dun Cow gastro-pub, Cookie's Crab Shop, the village shop and beach.

Neighborhood info

Salthouse is a picturesque village located on the North Norfolk Coast just north of the small market town of Holt, and just east of Blakeney and Cley. The village is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and overlooks the salt marshes next to the Norfolk Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre. Clustered around the village green are pretty cottages, The Dun Cow pub with a large front garden that looks directly over the salt marsh, and Cookies Crab Shop offering platters of seafood, salads, sandwiches and ice cream. East of the village, past the village pond, is Mac's Plaice where you can buy fish 'n' chips during the summer months. The magnificent church of Salthouse holds regular art exhibitions and concerts throughout the year. The Old Post Office is now a store selling great local produce including beef from the cattle grazed on the marsh and a variety of provisions. You can also get a great cuppa and some homemade cake after a day out on the reserve. The beach is mainly pebble and shingle, but unlike other parts of the Norfolk coast, the tide does not go out very far. Parking is easy and it is perfect for a picnic.
