We provided our own breakfast . The kitchen was fully equipped to look after ourselves, right down to providing the coffee, tea and milk etc. Even a package of cookies were provided!!

Welcome to Apartment22, an award-winning property located in the heart of the historic town of Beverley. This stylish apartment, spread over two floors, offers a unique and memorable stay for travelers seeking comfort and charm. Dating back to 1704, Apartment22 is a part of Grade II listed building boasting numerous delightful features, including spiral staircases, wooden sash windows, and captivating views of one of the town's most beautiful streets. Immerse yourself in the rich history and character of Beverley while enjoying modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. Upon entering the apartment, you'll have access to free Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected throughout your stay. Additionally, the apartment features Netflix and a Smart TV with catch-up and on-demand channels, ensuring you'll have plenty of entertainment options at your fingertips. With accommodation for up to six adults, Apartment22 offers two comfortable bedrooms. The first floor houses a lovely double room with a beautiful ensuite bathroom, complete with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. On the second floor, you'll find a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in shower ensuite, and a walking dressing room. This room also provides a convenient 3/4 fold-down sofa bed, ideal for additional guests. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for your convenience. The apartment boasts a generously sized living room and a fully equipped kitchen, making it a perfect space for socializing and preparing meals. The kitchen includes essential amenities such as a fridge and oven, allowing you to cater to your culinary needs. Please be aware that the Stairs from the First floor landing up to the Second floor are steep and narrow. We have added multiple Grab handles and a small gate at the top of the stairs to make them more user friendly.
North Bar is a long road absolutely jam-packed with big beautiful listed buildings and Large mature trees, and is a 1 minute walk from the town center and its Georgian quarter and only a 5 minute walk from the picturesque Beverley Westwood pastures. The neighborhood and property position could not get any better! In the town there are ample amounts of Pubs, Bars and Restaurants to keep all adults busy. For the Children, apartment22 is just around the corner from a paly park. It's also close to the Flemingate area, in this area there is a multitude of children's entertainment places, Such as the Parkway cinema, Jump and the local Leisure center.
