Location was brilliant, we will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Rye. Our hosts went above and beyond to provide for us, they were so helpful with recommendations of places to visit in Rye. Breakfast was so lovely every morning, great selection of dishes, all homemade and their attention to detail was perfect. So kind and thoughtful, especially for my partner who was coeliac, they happily catered for him. Can’t wait to come back!

The breakfast was magnificent. Thoughtfully prepared and presented with fresh herbs and spices. Many of the dishes and sauces are family recipes. The experience exceeded our expectations. The room was cozy but well appointed. There are plenty of steep stairs both in the home as well as exiting the property from the back. Something to consider if mobility is limited. Overall, I highly recommend the property. The hosts were lovely, too.

The breakfast was outstanding, very healthy and amazing choice, with every single item being prepared with great dedication and detail, and then explained. The same is true for the room and the general atmosphere. Most importantly, th owners are very kind and truly care about your experience both at their guesthouse but aso in Rye overall, given you great recommendations for the town but also the surroundings. I went on a lot of beautiful walks that I could have never discovered myself. Overall, I must say I have travelled a lot but never before stayed at such a welcoming space, and on top, it's run eco-friendly!

The breakfast was phenominal, it was gourmet all the way and the serving of it was like an experience at a nice winery. Each dish and slice of bread was laid out and explained like a nice glass of wine.

This is probably our favourite place that we have ever stayed. We loved everything about Aviemore. The whole guesthouse is beautiful. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was exceptional, and the menu is really interesting. We cannot recommend Aviemore highly enough. We will definitely be back, and are telling all our friends and family to stay here.

The property was beautiful and quirky and I loved the stairs in the back garden leading up to the town. The breakfast was excellent, with fruit from the garden and food inspired by the czech kitchen, soo good. But the best thing for us was the people, Tomas and Jeremy, which obviously run this place with all their hearts. They made sure we were comfortable at all times and they basically curated our whole trip (we were there for five days and not many plans), their recommendations on what to see and where to eat made our stay in Rye an absolute delight.
